REFUND/RETURN POLICY -

Because our products consist mainly of consumable food items, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds.

However, if we have made an error in any way, or the quality of our product is in question, we will absolutely do whatever we can to make it right!

When an issue arrises, and it is due to our mistake, we will either refund or replace the item, but will not provide any refunds based on taste preferences or dietary constraints.

Please Note: We strive for consistency, but our tea blends and herbal infusions are prepared by hand, with ingredients that are unique to each harvest season,

so slight variations may occur from one hand made tea bag to the next and from one batch to another.

DELIVERY POLICY -

We ship from the Nashville TN area and currently use the USPS for our delivery service.

We fill orders in the order they are received Monday through Friday. Orders filled on Monday will ship out Tuesday and so on.

Turnaround time varies depending on the volume of orders we are receiving at any given time, but typically we are able to complete orders within 3-4 days

meaning orders are shipped out within 4-5 days. Order completion and tracking information emails are sent out upon order completion.

Please Note: If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient or inaccurate address provided to us from the customer (for example: an apartment number was

left out and the USPS was unable to deliver, or someone has moved and didn’t leave a forwarding address etc) we may ask that the customer pay the new shipping

charges before the package is again shipped out.

CANCELLATION POLICY -

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as your order has not already been shipped.

Once an order has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipper (USPS) we are no longer able to cancel and refund an order.
