Premium green tea with floral and citrus hints reminding you of the beautiful gardens that grew this brew… and our bee friends that helped it along! When sugar is added, a burst of sweet honey flavor comes forward perfectly complimenting the tea and herbs.
Health notes: This blend is loaded with antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, nervous system nourishment, anti inflammatory properties, anti aging benefits, heart love, and a touch of gentle energy.
Our little fountain of youth.
The rose petals gently offer heart nourishing properties and anti inflammatory benefits while the green tea strengthens those anti inflammatory benefits, offers rich antioxidants and a touch of happy energy. The lavender and lemon verbena soothe the nerves to create the perfect gentle pick me up when paired with the green tea. Dried oranges nourish the digestive system and are supported by the lemon verbena in this action as well. I drink this brew and splash a little spritz on my face for extra beautifying properties.

Iced Tea Brewing Directions per quart:
Steep 2 tea bags (or 4 Tb loose) in 1/2 quart of 175º water for 3-4 minutes. Cover while steeping. Remove tea leaves after 3 minutes. Add 1.5 – 2.5 Tb sugar (or to taste). Stir. Add 1/2 quart cold water. Stir and serve over ice. Garnish ideas: Fresh lemon or orange wedges with fresh mint sprigs.
Iced Tea brewing Directions per 16oz glass:
Steep 1 tea bag or 1.5 Tb loose tea blend in approximately 4oz 175º water for 3-4 minutes. Cover while steeping. Remove tea leaves, add ½Tb sugar (to taste), stir, fill with 8oz cold water and pour over 16oz glass filled with ice. Should fill a 16oz glass, if not, add more water and enjoy! Can garnish with lemon or mint sprigs.
Sun Tea Instructions:
Place 2 teabags or 4TB in a quart jar (32oz) and cover with filtered/distilled/pure water, filling the jar completely. Cap, shake well, and place in direct sunlight allowing the sun to provide natural heat and infusion into the water. Time equals strength of brew. I like a minimum of a 2.5-3 hour steep. If you want it sweetened, simply fill another jar with 1 cup of sugar and 1.5 cups of water. Cap, shake well, and place into the sun as well. This will be your simple syrup to sweeten the tea as you like.
Once the sun steep is complete, simply strain the tea or remove the tea bag, pour over ice, and enjoy! Add sweetener to taste. Can save in fridge for up to 3 days.
Note: Some say that this method is not safe for those with severely compromised immune systems.
