Refund policy
Because our products consist mainly of consumable food items, we do not typically accept returns or offer refunds.
However, if we have made an error in any way, or the quality of our product is in question, we will absolutely do whatever we can to make it right!

When an issue arrises, and it is due to our mistake, we will either refund or replace the item, but will not provide any refunds based on taste preferences or dietary constraints.
Please Note:
We strive for consistency, but our tea blends and herbal infusions are prepared by hand, with ingredients that are unique to each harvest season. Slight variations may occur from one hand made tea bag to the next and from one batch to another.
Order Cancellations:
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund as long as your order has not already been shipped. (As in an order hasn't already been picked up by USPS or UPS, or dropped off at a USPS or UPS facility).

Once an order has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipper (USPS or UPS) we are no longer able to cancel and refund an order.
