Cancellation policy

It's no problem at all to cancel your order as long as it's done before your order is completed and awaiting carrier pickup. Please respond to the order confirmation email and tell us you'd like to cancel your order. The sooner you're able to do this the better as there's a chance we finish your order right before a carrier pickup and don't see your email until your order has left our workshop.
If your order is completed and awaiting pickup we may or may not be able to retrieve your order in time and issue a refund. If your order has already been picked up by USPS or UPS we are unable to cancel and refund the order.
