Please know: Our hand-made tea bags are quite large in order to contain enough herb to offer you the full intended benefit and desired support. Each one may be re-steeped several times throughout the day. The brewed tea may also be saved in the fridge over night and enjoyed chilled the following day!
HOW TO BREW:
Bagged: Use 1 tea bag per 16 oz of 175 ºF water. Begin drinking when temperature is comfortable but never remove tea bag.
Loose Leaf: Use 2 Tb per 16 oz 175 ºF water and steep a minimum of 7 minutes.
The longer these herbs steep the better and more potent the herbal infusion will be.
Add sweetness if you prefer. May be re-steeped several times.

When drinking this tea take conscious breaths. Breathe in deeply, thinking of how far this air traveled to reach you and recognize the breath that leaves you and goes out into this world. Understanding that we are all connected. I am you, you are me, we are The. Look up to the sky and feel the vastness. Allow the things in life to align in perspective with just how large space and time truly are. Think of the past, present and future, realizing how small this moment is and expand to meet the forever. Air has no boundaries, remove your self induced boundaries and feel the expansion.
The herbs that I chose for this blend each come with much thought and study. Peppermint leaf was an obvious choice because it is one of the most air embracing herbs that I know. Not only does it have powerful aromatic properties that travel great distances through the air, but it also helps open up our air passageways and even clarity of thought. Gotu Kola was the next included because of its power to bring circulation and energy to the brain where thought can become more clear. Lemongrass is known for its affinity for the air. It comes as no surprise with its highly aromatic messages, but it also helps to bring an awakened sense to the mind. Lavender was chosen as it also carries strongly through the air. It brings balance to the blend where peppermint, gotu kola and lemongrass bring “energy”, lavender can bring a calmness. Its an aromatic lullaby so a centered balance can be achieved. Air not only brings gifts of clarity, but it also brings gifts of voice. Mullein was chosen to carry this essence through since it knows our respiratory and vocal passages so very well. It can clear out “junk” from these areas in more ways than one. Sage not only tends to the respiratory and vocal passages, but it has also long been hailed as a wisdom keeper. There’s a reason wise ones were called “Sages.” Nutmeg was the final addition for its otherworldly effects it can have on awareness. It can help to remove blockages and bring vision that may have otherwise been clouded.
Our Packaging
Our packaging is intentionally minimal and environmentally conscious. The kraft bags holding our teas are recycled and compostable. The inner lining is plant based and the outer layer is FDA approved recycled natural Kraft. Tin tie closures need to be removed prior to sending it to compost heap.
Our unbleached tea bags are sealed with a food grade staple and no chemical sealant. Each is compostable, as well as the herbs inside, once staple is removed. They love to return to the earth.
We are constantly seeking ways we can do better and lessen our impact.
