I created this for our son and he has drank it happily since 6 months old. It can be drank hot or cold, with honey or maple syrup added, mixed with juice, made into popsicles, you name it… this blend can do it. Parenting isn’t always easy, we are happy to offer this little bit of ease into your day.

Please know: Our hand-made tea bags are quite large in order to contain enough herb to offer you the full intended benefit and desired support. Each one may be re-steeped several times throughout the day. The brewed tea may also be saved in the fridge over night and enjoyed chilled the following day!
HOW TO BREW:
Bagged: Use 1 tea bag per 16-24 oz of 200 ºF water. Begin drinking when temperature is comfortable but never remove tea bag.
Loose Leaf: Use 2 Tb per 16-24 oz 200 ºF water and steep a minimum of 10 minutes.
The longer these herbs steep the better and more potent the herbal infusion will be. Add honey, sugar, maple syrup or whatever your little one loves.
Teaching Herbalism Through Tea Craft
I created this brew when I saw myself handing a “juice box” to my little guy way more often than I felt comfortable. Not only did my son love juice boxes, he also seemed to hate eating! How in the world was I going to get some deep nourishment in him?? And then the “Ah ha” moment happened. Let him drink some vitamins! I know that nutritive herbs are like easily assimilated and perfectly balanced Mutivitamins so why not offer this wellness to my little one in place of those empty calorie juice boxes? So I got to blending and came up with this.
I first added HAWTHORN LEAF because I know of its nutritive benefits as well as nervous system support and circulatory support it offers little ones as well as adults. Its an incredible children’s herb for a huge variety of reasons including deep nourishment, attention supportive, and nervous system supportive.. I then wanted to bring in a nutritive powerhouse so STINGING NETTLE LEAF was an obvious choice. I then wanted to make sure to add a good daily immune supportive herb so the gentle CALENDULA flower was invited for this reason as well as its gentle touch on any irritated tissues. I then brought in ROSEHIPS for their vitamin C rich reputation as well as its amazing flavor. HIBISCUS CALYX came next because of its ability to make any brew taste like punch as well as offer nourishment in the process and finally I added the vitamin rich OATSTRAW.

Our Packaging
Our packaging is intentionally minimal and environmentally conscious. The kraft bags holding our teas are recycled and compostable. The inner lining is plant based and the outer layer is FDA approved recycled natural Kraft. Tin tie closures need to be removed prior to sending it to compost heap.
Our unbleached tea bags are sealed with a food grade staple and no chemical sealant. Each is compostable, as well as the herbs inside, once staple is removed. They love to return to the earth.
We are constantly seeking ways we can do better and lessen our impact.
