AGED EMERALD HEART OOLONG

Aged Emerald Heart Oolong is as complex as it is inviting! Aged since 2003, this oolong is roasted every few years to keep away moisture and let the aging process continue. What results is a truly special oolong with herbaceous aromatics like thyme and basil, rich mellow tasting notes of raisins, honey and rose, with a lingering sweet toasted finish. This is more of a medium roasted oolong so it still allows the fresh green floral qualities to come through.
