CLOUDS and MIST ORGANIC

This certified organic, classic Chinese green tea, makes an excellent daily drinker!

It’s medium bodied yet delicate with sweet earthy notes of fresh steamed vegetables and roasted nuts. Pleasantly grassy with subtle hints of smokiness.

Origin: Zhejiang Province, China

Preparation: Use about 1 Tb of tea leaves per 12-16 oz of 175º-185º water. Steep 2-3 minutes for first infusion. Add a minute or so for the next couple of steepings. Adjust amount of tea to taste preference.

We do this completely by hand, just like our herbal blends, and each teabag contains approximately 4-5 grams of tea. That’s basically a full Tb of tea per teabag, the perfect size for a large mug or small tea pot. The 10 teabag package contains approximately 1.5 oz of tea.
