When do I think of Hibiscus? When I want to make a tea yummy, punchy, and good for me. This delicious little treat from the Earth is one of my all time favorites for making almost any tea delicious and healthy! It just so happens to have a punch-like flavor (when sweetness is added) that adults and kids absolutely love. But… as with other herbs… thats not where it stops. It gets better! This herb has been enjoyed for centuries for health reasons as well. Jamaican herbalism teaches us of its help regarding healthy blood pressure and blood sugar levels.
