2 oz. Loose Leaf
{Found in our Sunrise Strength, Daily Strength, Move, Nurture, Mother Nature and Detox Herbal Infusions}
When do I think of Yellow Dock? I think of it often because its one of our dear natural neighbors in our front yard. I love to see the brown seed heads in the fall because that means its time to gather me some and make flour from them. I also think of the root which we have here when someone is having trouble absorbing iron. Not only does it contain iron, but it seems to help the body better absorb it as well. Probably my favorite thing about this herb is its digestive supportive strength too. It really has shown to help many folks dealing with regularity. It isn’t a laxative, but rather, it often helps to bring regularity. There is definitely a difference.
