This beautifully floral oolong is perfect for both hot or iced tea! The fresh green gardenia-esque oolong tea base is perfectly enhanced with sugar cane sweet osmanthus blossoms to create this light-bodied floral and herbaceous treat. A very forgiving oolong to various steep times and temps this would make a nice oolong for anyone just getting into high end oolong teas along with those who are already a long way down that path.

Preparation: Use a healthy Tb per 16 oz. of 190º water. Steep 2-3 minutes. Add additional time for the 3rd and 4th steep.
