Organic green tea leaves with their classic grassy floral notes, infused with organic oil of bergamot (a citrus fruit similar to an orange) creates a truly lovely, fresh green citrus infusion. Perfect for summer! Makes an excellent iced tea as well, just add a touch of sugar and a fresh orange wedge.
Preparation: Use 1 full Tb per 16 oz of purified 175º water. I prefer 2-3 minutes on the first steep and an additional minute for the next couple brews.
