This premium white tea is made up of 100% hand picked fresh silvery buds. (aka only the newest, still rolled up, leaf bud at the tip of the branch) Meaning it is the softest, sweetest, freshest, most delicate white tea with an enchanting mouth feel. One of my favorite teas to drink on a dreamy afternoon or after dinner when I want to relax but not ready for sleep as it is gently stimulating.
Tasting Notes: Soft, sweet, floral, light, smooth, sweet grass.
Origin: China
Preparation: Use a healthy Tb per 16 oz. of 175º water. I prefer this tea at around 2-3 minutes for the first go round, but would add 30 seconds to a minute for the next few steeps. The shorter the steep, the sweeter the tea.
