This might be our most popular and beloved tea…and I understand why (:

It’s made by milk steam permeating up into lightly oxidized tea leaves, enhancing their naturally smooth floralness with enchanting notes of butterscotch, vanilla and toasted popcorn.

As wonderful over ice, perhaps with a touch of honey and fresh squeeze of orange, as it is hot.

A tea that can truly be endlessly savored and enjoyed.

Tasting Notes: Light to medium bodied. Soft, sweet, buttery smooth mouth feel. Butterscotch cream finish. A hint of floral astringency to keep it refreshing.

Origin: China

Preparation: Use a healthy Tb per 16 oz. of 185º water. I prefer this tea at around 3 minutes for the first go round, but would add a minute or so for the next few steeps. Steep 5-6 minutes if making iced tea and allow to cool before adding ice.

Moderately Caffeinated

This tea is also available in tea bags !

We do this completely by hand, just like our herbal blends, and each teabag contains approximately 4-5 grams of tea. That’s basically a full Tb of tea per teabag, the perfect size for a large mug or small tea pot. The 10 teabag package contains approximately 1.5 oz of tea.
