A great classic Assam black tea from the famous Dooars region of India. This tea comes from an RFA {Rainforest Alliance} certified estate which protects forests and wildlife to ensure tea production doesn’t encroach on forests and wildlife habitat.
Tasting Notes: Caramel, malt, floral, earth.
Preparation: Use 1 full Tb per 16 oz of purified 195º-205º water. I prefer 2.5 - 3 minutes on the first steep and an additional minute for the next couple brews.
