DAYBREAK ORGANIC

A beautifully soft and smooth black tea blend with sweet floral hints. The perfect cup to be holding during the first few moments of hazy morning light when the sun returns to the garden.

Tasting Notes: Malt, floral, earth.

Preparation: Use 1 full Tb per 16 oz of purified 195º-205º water. I prefer 3 minutes on the first steep and an additional minute for the next couple brews.

We do this completely by hand, just like our herbal blends, and each teabag contains approximately 4-5 grams of tea. That’s basically a full Tb of tea per teabag, the perfect size for a large mug or small tea pot. The 10 teabag package contains approximately 1.5 oz of tea.
