Purpose: To put help restore the ground beneath your feet with the most foundational herbs tending to the most foundational systems for wellness.  If you only drink one tea each day- this tea would be my choice.

Each herb is a master in caring for a specific key organ or system: Immune system- Astragalus, Heart Health- Hawthorn, Nutritive- Stinging Nettle, Nervous system/Adrenals- Eleuthero root, Cerebral tonic- Gotu Kola, Circulation- Ginger and Mint, Synergy- Cinnamon, Spiritual- Lemongrass

Pick me if: If it has felt like the world is being swept from beneath your feet and you are seeking an "all around best" herbal tea to help restore essential balance and core wellness in a very specific and studied manner.

Flavor profile: herbaceous, grounding, cinnamon, mint, ginger, hint of citrus aroma

Organic Ingredients: Astragalus root, Hawthorn leaf + berry, Stinging Nettle leaf, Eleuthero root, Cinnamon chips, Ginger root, Peppermint leaf, Gotu Kola aerials, Lemongrass Caffeine free

Understanding the Ingredients: I created this blend with the intention of formulating the most foundational wellness blend I possibly could.  Bringing together herbs known to be bedrocks for certain systems. Body systems essential for overall wellness; immune, circulatory, cerebral, nervous, and bioavailable nutrients.   ASTRAGALUS root is an outstanding immunomodulating herb known for its ability to help restore balance to the immune system. HAWTHORN Leaf and Berry are noted to be the most well documented heart health herbs on the planet.  STINGING NETTLE leaf is one of the most nutrient dense herbs that is abundant in nature and provides this abundance in full to our bodies.  ELEUTHERO Root is the original adaptogen which all other adaptogens have been researched upon.  Its ability to stabilize and restore adrenals and nervous system health is astonishing.  GOTU KOLA is my favorite nootropic herb offering circulatory support to our brains and bodies.  To support the circulation and absorption of these herbs; PEPPERMINT, GINGER + CINNAMON bring a delightful flavor with purpose.  LEMONGRASS insisted on joining in the blend and wouldn't take no for an answer.  Once considering this, I realized that such a grounding blend most certainly could benefit from a spiritually lifting herb to keep it balanced.  If I only drink one tea each day, it would be this blend.

Not your ordinary teabag: Our hand-made teabags are large since they are a full portion to provide you with the intended benefit and desired support. Each one may be re-steeped several times throughout the day. The brewed tea may also be saved in the fridge over night and enjoyed chilled the following day. They are each handcrafted in perfect measurement within a microplastic free teabag and hand stapled with a stainless steel staple. This is slow craft herbalism with care.

{10 pack is 2.1oz and 3 pack is .63oz }

Loose leaf or bagged are both created in very small batches in our woodland teahouse from thoughtfully sourced ingredients and professionally formulated by Leah, owner and clinical herbalist.

HOW TO BREW:

Bagged:  Use 1 tea bag per 16 oz of 190 ºF water. Begin drinking when temperature is comfortable but never remove tea bag. Add more hot water once the cup is finished for a second or third infusion for full benefit.

Loose Leaf:  Use 1.5 Tb per 16 oz of 190 ºF water and steep a minimum of 20 minutes. I really enjoy placing loose leaf in a French press, pouring off the tea to drink, and recovering with more water for a full day infusion of full benefit.

The longer these herbs steep the better and more potent the herbal infusion will be. Add sweetness if you prefer.

Earth first packaging: Our packaging is intentionally minimal and environmentally conscious.  The kraft bags holding our teas are 100% recycled and backyard compostable.  Our teabags are compostable, as well as the herbs inside, once the staple is removed.  They love to return to the earth.  We are constantly seeking ways we can do better and lessen our impact.
