MUDAN "White Peony" ORGANIC

An excellent value organic white tea that would make a great daily sipper.

The more I drink it…the more I want to keep drinking it! I find notes of melon and chai spices (nutmeg and black pepper) among the traditional floral notes often found in this style of white tea. The slightly toasted refreshing peppery finish adds depth and complexity to this soft and delicate offering. This tea is a special experience at a price that allows it to be enjoyed on a regular basis and not just the weekend (:

A blend of silvery bud tips and other white tea leaves.

Origin: China

Preparation: Use about 1 Tb of tea leaves per 12-16 oz of 175º-180º water. Steep 2.5-3.5 minutes for first infusion. Add a minute or so for the next couple of steepings. Adjust amount of tea to taste preference.
