A pat on the back, gentle shoulder rub, hug of a tea. A blend created to not only nourish the nervous system and help bring back balance through adaptogenic care, but also a well rounded nervine formula tending to areas of the body that tend to carry stress, allowing them to relax while being rich in LDopa so a calm focus can carry us forward through our day. Not a "shhhh... relax" kind of tea. It's a "Hey friend... stressless, you've got this" with the bright orange and spearmint aromatics.

Our Packaging
Our packaging is intentionally minimal and environmentally conscious. The kraft bags holding our teas are recycled and compostable. The inner lining is plant based and the outer layer is FDA approved recycled natural Kraft. Tin tie closures need to be removed prior to sending it to compost heap.
Our unbleached tea bags are sealed with a food grade staple and no chemical sealant. Each is compostable, as well as the herbs inside, once staple is removed. They love to return to the earth.
We are constantly seeking ways we can do better and lessen our impact.
Teaching Herbalism Through TeaCraft
Each ingredient was chosen with much study and intention. True herbalism in tea form.
If "stressless" is something that appeals to you then we know that your nervous system could use some care. Therefore, adaptogens are a must. We chose Holy basil because it not only helps restore balance to the adrenals, but it also has the ability to lift and calm depending on what is needed at the time. We also chose Ashwagandha for its ability to strengthen and restore a depleted system while bringing a calming balance to an over stressed system. We then wanted to bring immediate relief so a perfect combo was brought in to do just that. Passionflower to ease a racing mind, Skullcap to relax tight shoulders and muscles, Motherwort to relax a tight chest and racing heart, and California Poppy to ease excess anxiousness. We then decided to not do the typical "shhh... relax"- we went with orange, cardamom and spearmint to say "Hey friend, shake it out, loosen up and chin up- you've got this. I'm here for you." The aromatics of orange and spearmint are unmistakable in this message. So, here you go- we've got this.
