Understanding the Ingredients: There is a tendency in fast paced American culture to reach for caffeine when energy gets low; we push through and drain our adrenals.  I wanted to create a blend that could offer focus, concentration, energy AND feed the adrenals and restore deep health.  First, I brought in one of the most nutritive herbs that I know, Moringa, to assure nutritional needs were tended.  I then looked to help bring focus and concentration so I leaned upon Gotu Kola (all star nootropic) and the adaptogenic Holy Basil who is also a nootropic herb.  I then looked to bring in restorative and uplifting adaptogenic herbs to tend to the adrenals while offering vitality. Not all adaptogens are the same so choosing the correct ones for the synergy of this blend was crucial.  Eleuthero root and Schisandra berry were the most obvious for their revitalizing gifts noted from centuries of use regarding strength, vitality, and vigor.  I wanted it to taste good so  invigorating mint and lemongrass were the obvious choices.  This blend is synergistically formulated with skill and it shows because it works.  Deeply.  I suggest drinking a cup mid day or when you need a boost for at least a month to really notice the difference.  

Not your ordinary teabag: Our hand-made teabags are large since they are a full portion to provide you with the intended benefit and desired support. Each one may be re-steeped several times throughout the day. The brewed tea may also be saved in the fridge over night and enjoyed chilled the following day. They are each handcrafted in perfect measurement within a microplastic free teabag and hand stapled with a stainless steel staple. This is slow craft herbalism with care.

HOW TO BREW:

Bagged: Use 1 tea bag per 16 oz of 185 ºF water. Begin drinking when temperature is comfortable but never remove tea bag.

Loose Leaf: Use 1.5 Tb per 16 oz of 185 ºF water and steep a minimum of 10 minutes. 

The longer these herbs steep the better and more potent the herbal infusion will be. Add sweetness if you prefer.  May be re-steeped several times. Enjoy!

Earth first packaging: Our packaging is intentionally minimal and environmentally conscious.  The kraft bags holding our teas are 100% recycled and backyard compostable.  

Our unbleached, microplastic free tea bags are sealed with a food grade staple and no chemical sealant.  Each is compostable, as well as the herbs inside, once staple is removed.  They love to return to the earth.  

We are constantly seeking ways we can do better and lessen our impact.
